Jonathan brings more than 18 years of experience in the health and life insurance industry, with extensive knowledge across private health insurance, Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage plans, and life insurance products including whole life, term, indexed universal life, and final expense coverage. His industry expertise is complemented by his service in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the discipline, accountability, and commitment to service that continue to shape his leadership approach today. Driven by a customer-first mindset, Jonathan is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating programs that promote trust, loyalty, and long-term value for members and the organization alike.
