Jon Thornley

Jonathan Thornley has been with Healthcare Solutions Group since the company’s founding and currently serves as Retention Manager. In this role, he develops and executes strategies focused on increasing customer loyalty and long-term satisfaction. He works closely across teams to enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring members feel supported, informed, and confident in their healthcare coverage year after year.

Jonathan brings more than 18 years of experience in the health and life insurance industry, with extensive knowledge across private health insurance, Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage plans, and life insurance products including whole life, term, indexed universal life, and final expense coverage. His industry expertise is complemented by his service in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the discipline, accountability, and commitment to service that continue to shape his leadership approach today. Driven by a customer-first mindset, Jonathan is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating programs that promote trust, loyalty, and long-term value for members and the organization alike.
