Courtney Jacks

Courtney has served as Operations Manager at Healthcare Solutions Group since January 2018. In her role, she oversees a wide range of operational functions, including contracting, compliance, licensing, commissions, agent onboarding, training coordination, certifications, administrative systems, and office operations. She plays a critical role in keeping the organization running efficiently and ensuring agents have the structure and support they need to succeed.

Courtney began her career at Healthcare Solutions Group in a reception and administrative role before earning her insurance license and working as an agent for several years. Her deep understanding of both the operational and sales sides of the business, combined with her strong organizational skills and problem-solving mindset, led her into her current leadership role. Known for her willingness to jump in wherever help is needed, Courtney is driven by continuous improvement and a commitment to supporting both people and processes across the organization. Originally from Plant City, Courtney now lives in Apollo Beach with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, boating, crafting, visiting Disney, cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning, and embracing all things bright and colorful.
