Medicare Sales Agent

About the Role

Healthcare Solutions is a National Medicare Sales Agency, and we are currently looking to expand our Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement division with motivated sales agents to help fill demand.

In this role, you will help individuals approaching or actively on Medicare. No prior insurance experience is required — we provide training, licensing support, and ongoing mentorship.

What We Offer

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Off on Friday.
• Training Pay: $30 per hour to start plus commission.
• Income Potential: Most agents earn $8,000 - $15,000 per month.

Your Responsibilities

• Educate prospective clients and follow a consultative sales process.
• Help individuals understand Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement options.
• Build trust and develop rapport with prospective clients over the phone.
• Maintain a professional, punctual, and goal-oriented work style.
• Apply new and various sales tactics with a coachable mindset.
• Deliver excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and peers.
