Todd Berry

Todd Berry has served as a Sales Supervisor at Healthcare Solutions Group since June 2022. In his role, he works closely with agents to help them perform at their highest level through call coaching, one-on-one support, and ongoing performance guidance. Todd focuses on improving call quality, increasing conversion rates, and ensuring agents are meeting expected activity levels, while also fostering a motivated, high-morale team environment. Todd brings a diverse professional background to his leadership approach. He began his career in the pest control industry, working for his family’s business for more than 16 years and becoming a Certified Pest Control Operator in the state of Florida. Seeking a new career path, he transitioned into the Medicare industry, earned his 2-15 license, and joined Healthcare Solutions Group, his first role in Medicare. Starting as an agent, Todd’s strong performance and commitment to helping others succeed led to his promotion into a supervisory role. Outside of work, Todd enjoys traveling to new destinations, staying active at the gym, exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping, trying new restaurants, and building and tinkering with computers.
