Dalton Hill has served as Sales Manager at Healthcare Solutions Group since September 2021. In this role, he oversees the Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement sales teams, with full responsibility for their performance, development, and overall success. Dalton is deeply committed to continuous improvement and innovation, regularly identifying and implementing new strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and results. In addition to leading sales performance, Dalton designed and leads the company’s Medicare training program and plays a key role in onboarding and developing new team members. Through mentorship, guidance, and strategic support, he helps team members build successful, sustainable careers while contributing to the organization’s long-term growth. Dalton brings more than 10 years of sales experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry, providing a strong analytical foundation for his leadership approach. Outside of work, Dalton enjoys spending time at the gym, on the golf course, and traveling.
