Jake Worrell serves as Managing Partner and Founder of Healthcare Solutions Group. Since helping establish the company in 2016, he has played a central role in leading sales and operations while guiding the company’s growth and strategic direction. With a background in finance and a degree from the University of Tampa, Jake brings a thoughtful and disciplined approach to leadership. His work reflects a strong focus on accountability, operational excellence, and building a business that delivers lasting value.

In his role as Managing Partner and Founder, Jake oversees key areas of business performance, including sales execution, operational efficiency, and the development of long range strategy. He is focused on creating a company that scales with discipline while continuing to support clients, partners, and internal teams at a high level. His leadership perspective is grounded in clear decision making, strong stewardship, and a commitment to building a culture where service and performance can grow together. Outside of work, Jake enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with his family and his dog, Biggie.
