A graduate of Jamestown High School, Matt entered the industry in 2007 after relocating to Florida and began his career as a sales agent. Through direct experience and a strong work ethic, he built a deep understanding of the business from the ground up. His approach to leadership is shaped by discipline, accountability, and setting the standard through action. As Founder, Matt remains focused on building a company culture centered on trust, strong performance, and steady growth.

As Managing Partner and Founder, Matt helps guide the overall direction of Healthcare Solutions Group, making sure the company continues to grow with purpose, consistency, and a strong commitment to the people it serves. He focuses on aligning business strategy with daily execution while maintaining high standards across the organization. Having built his career from the ground up, Matt brings a practical and focused perspective to leadership. That experience continues to influence how the company grows, develops talent, and supports both members and agents with trust and accountability. Outside of work, Matt enjoys exotic cars and car rallies, traveling, supporting the Buffalo Bills, and spending time with his dogs, Walter and Ares.
