1. Who We Are

Healthcare Solutions Group is a licensed insurance agency headquartered at 5201 W Kennedy Blvd, Suite 205, Tampa, FL 33609. We work with licensed insurance agents who help individuals compare and understand Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), Medicare Part D, Final Expense, ACA/Marketplace, and related insurance products.

Participating sales agents may represent Medicare Advantage HMO, PPO, and PFFS plans and Prescription Drug Plan organizations that are contracted with Medicare.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we offer where you live.

2. Eligibility to Use This Site

The Site and Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are researching insurance products for themselves or on behalf of another eligible individual.

By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you submit is accurate and provided with the appropriate authority to do so, for example, if submitting information on behalf of a family member.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

3. Nature of Our Services

Healthcare Solutions Group provides general information about Medicare and related insurance products and connects users with licensed insurance agents for personalized guidance.

Use of the Site and Services does not:

• Guarantee enrollment, approval, or eligibility for any plan or benefit.
• Constitute a contract, application, or enrollment in any insurance plan.
• Replace official plan documents, an Evidence of Coverage, Summary of Benefits, or communications from a carrier or Medicare.
• Constitute medical, legal, financial, or tax advice.

Plan availability, premiums, benefits, provider networks, and formularies vary by carrier, plan, and location and are subject to change.

Enrollment in any plan depends on contract renewal with Medicare and applicable enrollment periods, unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.

5. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep the information on this Site current and accurate, but insurance products, pricing, benefits, and carrier availability change frequently.

We make no warranty, express or implied, that any content on the Site is complete, current, or error-free.

Any decision to enroll in a plan should be based on a conversation with a licensed agent and the official plan materials provided by the carrier or Medicare, not solely on website content.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information on the Site at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, videos, and the design and layout of the Site, is the property of Healthcare Solutions Group or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

We do not warrant that any plan, carrier, or benefit referenced on the Site will be available in your area or that you will qualify for enrollment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthcare Solutions Group, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or Services will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law, including certain consumer protection or telemarketing laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthcare Solutions Group and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless preempted by federal law, including, where applicable, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and Federal Arbitration Act.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
